MAG-36 Stirrup
Stirrups are great for polarity demonstrations. They allow a magnet to hang freely in the horizontal plane.
They are also useful for suspending friction rods for static electricity demonstrations.
Therefore stirrups are used for suspension of magnets or for insulating strips in electrostatics.
